★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tc, Jackson, Angelina, Olivia, evonne all very good service. I found out that the services here is very different than before, it's good overall and staff really helpful too. Mala hotpot soup taste really good!! One of the dishes that let me craving the most is 手工拉面, I'm truly in love with this and it is extremely delicious!! Plus, 凤王府 located near my house, whenever I'm really craving for mala hotpot, I can always visit here real quick to satisfy my craving!! Recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally prefer thinner soup. This shop suitable for those who like thick & oily mala soup made with cow's broth. The pickle soup is too acidic to my liking. The beauty collagen bone soup is good. Overall decent choice & fresh ingredients. All the staffs are friendly. Excellent service from Zhie Keong, Wei Lun & the manager.

Zhie keong was very attentive and polite.
The other service crew were warm and friendly in providing a great birthday celebration for me. Including the free meat slice cake and song singing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to all The service crew (Kajun, Evonne, Joey, Min You, Keng Hao, Jackson, Zhie Keong, Bryan & Chong Yee). they are very helpful and friendly.
Tried their tomato, collagen & mushroom soup base. All are tasty and surprisingly not salty even after brewing for so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Chengdu hotpot, foods yummy price are slightly average up . And we are well served by a team of friendly crews i.e. Zz Joey Jackson seng hai PQ Jonathan Angeline chee wen kajun chee keong. Keep up the good job guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is fresh, i enjoyed their tomato and bone soup. However, i feel disappointed on their sources, which price consider expensive and dont have much choice. The seat very uncomfortable for us. Food portion a bit small and price is at high side. Final but not least, you need to finish your meal within 1.75 hours. The time is start counting from the moment you walk in to the restaurant, thus dont take your sweet time to order your food. Luckily they remind us 30min before our session end.
