★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loss my order, wasted my time for 45minutes while waiting for my Neslo ice to be made. So disappointing. Customers come first, common sense are so, so needed. Staffs need to be more efficient.

Bad service.
Very slow to take order,and even got the sequence wrong.other table arrived late taken order and received food first.
30 min to get the waiter to take order.50 min++ to received food.. to shop owner: better close the shop and play congkak or something else instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. An hour and a half of wait time. Few customers before us even bailed out and cancelled their orders.
Understandably it's during dinner peak time (10.30 pm), but they are clearly understaffed relative to the customers they intend to serve. Would suggest to hire more folks to serve/cook.
Food rate 3 out of 5, not worth the time spent though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly makanan dia sedap but take too long to prepare our foods. If u have all the time in the world, silakan try seafood sini. But please expect 2hours order nak siap. Kul 8 order, kul 10 baru smpi. Kedai perlu tambah kitchen helper during peak hours and school holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for dinner, muslim owned and operated. All seafood was priced depends on the weight. Around 5-7 per 100g. Seafood was fresh and will be cook to your liking. All food that I had was delicious. Recommended
