★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting here. The service provided was very professional. They adhere to the SOP for the current pandemic outbreak by limiting a maximum of 3 customers in-store.
Very pleased with the service, guidance and advise provided by Sam. He is very courteous and knows how to deal with customers. Down to earth guy, very committed and passionate when dealing with customers.
All of the other staffs were friendly. Will definetely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service given by Samuel, a real pro. I had my handlebars swapped out, which required a DI2 re-routing and a brake bleed. Not only did they do it while I waited but they fashioned a missing screw for me (cutting down and sanding off one of their own) and didn't chatge me extra and refused a well deserved tip. I highly recommend them.
