★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedai kemas tapi cara layanan pada customer amat kecewa. Saya sangat terasa hati. Harap owner boleh perbaiki. Kepada staff lelaki tersebut saya harap awak dapat menjaga adab pertuturan. Saya pun kerja bidang yang sama.
The store is tidy but the way the customer is treated is very disappointed. I am very heartbroken. Hope the owner can fix it. To the male staff, I hope you can maintain good manners. I also work in the same field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to agree with those who rated 1-star to this shop. Bad customer service, bad attitude, bad welcoming gesture. Especially the lady whose at the payment counter. Regardless she's a mere staff or even the owner, she should learn more about customer service. It will just take another phone accessories shop to open nearby them before this shop will go down if they don't make any improvement.
P/s: this is not my first time.
