★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously I replaced my Ip5 LCD on Oct 27th 2017 at the same shop, today December 2017 I came back to the shop for repair (touch screen not working), the warranty for the LCD replacement is only for 1 month, so technically my LCD is not covered anymore so guess what? Only after 1 month plus, I need to have that damn LCD replaced again! Major frustration. I decided not to replace at this shop as I suspected the AA product they used is of bad quality at MYR170. I understand AA product lifespan is not the same as original but dead after just 1 month? I'm sorry I won't return to this shop again. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Googled the nearest place that I could send in my 3-yo iphone as it was unstable (froze even after forced shut down). After testing with new screen which apparently wasnt the problem, the technician asked if he could reset the settings.
Voila. My phone feels brand new :) Oh and weird part is? Not a single cent was charged after 40 minutes of effort, time & energy spent on testing what was wrong with my phone. Told them no such thing as free service. Gave some $ as a token of appreciation. Going back again tomorrow with 2 more iphones to be fixed :p (Not tired of Apple. Yet :p)
