Lot of surveys with other repair shop within Kota Bharu but all responses were disappointed & very expensive! eg. repair takes 1-2weeks & cost rarely RM390-500
Due to this pandemic , student aren’t allow to go outside of campus so i’d ask them to collect at my campus ( nvm if had extra charge ). But they said staff were busy & other annoyed responses.
Luckily , I found this shop “Gadget Repair Specialist”. With some checking on their shop.. I saw a lot of internal fixing works on smart phone (mostly iPhone). This shop was responses quickly and i was shocked the owner will collect it self (coz his staff was busy). Repair cost rarely cheap than other shop (i can show a evidence).
He said maybe he can finish all in day (he took my phone on 4:30pm) and I said its okay take your time . Suddenly, he called my friend at 7:00pm! and its settled ?
Abe Wan , the owner was superb customer-friendly, knowledgeable and do told me some technical details (quite lot too) , and he send me the photos & video of my phone during fixing. Alhamdulillah, he gave me 2 month warranty (other shop just a week)
I was SO SO SO SATISFIED with this shop ✅ I pay some tips for him & hope his business will run better
I hope lot of sellers will be like him ??
