β β β β β Wildly overrated, bad service, even poorer quality. Very little (if any) pride in their work. Missed the deadline twice without the courtesy to inform. Ended up receiving a very oversized lab coat with the reason that it was meant to wear over something (which coat isn't?). After they altered it, I had to send it back again after finding out most of the seam/stitches were very poorly done. He then cut off some of those loose hanging strings, without actually fixing it and left the others, asking us not to bother to cut them as they will continue to fall off anyway. Disgraceful.
