★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs at the counter were very rude. My friend n I reached there around 7.30pm, knowing that the boutique will close at 9pm. While searching for the shawls that suits n match well with my baju kurung, suddenly one of the staffs at the counter swith off the lights in the boutique as well as the aircond, leaving only the lights at where i am standing n d counter. I look at my watch n it was 8.14pm that time. I asked the staff, "Bukan tutup pkl 9 ke?" & she answered "No, 8.30pm".. So I was wondering. Why did u put 9pm on your website if u wanna close it at 8.30 pm? & where on earth can you find a BOUTIQUE swith off the lights n aircond while they still have customers choosing the shawls in their boutique? Only at Ariani Bangi???? and we were not there for WINDOW SHOPPING. we did a REAL shopping & spend more than RM750 there, despite the lights were switched off? while at the counter to pay all those hijabs, the staffs didn't smile at us n not even saying THANK YOU. Allahuakbar. They treated us like we were stealing the hijabs. Only the staff who was with us all the way from we entered the boutique until we paid the bill, smiled and thanked us. The rest, "buat muke ketat dan masam mencuka".. It this the attitudes of the staffs who were working at Hijab Boutique? This was not my 1st time being treated like this (unfriendly staffs) at ur boutique. But this time i feels like "switching off the lights while u still have your customers in it" is a very RUDE one. Not only that, u put at your website, the boutique will close at 9pm. But reality is, 8.14pm you already switch off the lights. ??????
In the car, my friend even told me. She heard your 2 staffs were talking at d counter n pointed at me, saying that "Ni kalau kite tk tutup lampu ni, mau nye akk ni lagi lame dlm kedai. Balik lambat lah kite jwbnye". & after that, they switched off the lights without noticed that my friend was standing near them n heard what they were saying.
Seriously, i was really disappointed with the incidence. If was doing window shopping, i think it's fair for your staffs to treat us like that. But we bought more that 6 shawls n spend more than RM750 during the time. It was so shame to have staffs like this, working in the Hijab boutique...
Very very very disappointed. ??????????
