★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is falling apart. A lot of maintenance issues. A/C problems, water leaks and electrical issues are very common. This must be the worst unit I ever lived while in Kuala Lumpur. The management team is awful. They really lack of customer service skills. Nafisa, the administration manager is very sketchy and problematic. I do not recommend this building. I’ve been in the petroleum business all my like and we move a lot to different countries but this has been the lowest standard apartment building ever lived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much hassle for delivery. How do people move in into this place? How do you bring in large items like sofa and dining table if lorry can't enter the area? Trolley also is not allowed. Weird rules i've ever encounter.
