★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teruk sangat². Nak guna drive thru, sistem rosak. Terpaksa masuk order dalam. Berbaris sgt lama dan bila tiba masa nak order..ada ayam sahaja. Sangat mengecewakan. Sebab tu kak long mengamuk dalam tiktok dan YouTube. Banyak tempat dah KFC memang makin teruk servis, slow dan tak friendly. Harap dapat diperbaiki di masa hadapan. Dah tawar hati nak pergi mana² kfc
 Very bad. Want to use drive thru, system is broken. Had to enter the order in. Queued for a long time and when it came time to order..there was only chicken. Very disappointing. That's why kak long is raging in tiktok and YouTube. Many places have KFC, the service is worse, slow and unfriendly. Hope it can be improved in the future. I'm discouraged to go anywhere kfc
