โ โ โ โ โ When I was there, it was very difficult to find a parking spot. I made a call to request for drive thru service which is stated available on your website. I have given you all the details but you insisted that I have not made online payment which I have done. I suspect that you are using this as an excuse to refuse my drive thru service request. The negative response I received was totally out of my expectation. I am very disappointed to this poor service and hope that you will look into it.

โ โ โ โ โ After I purchased a game called "KENA BRIDGE OF SPIRIT" on 5th Jun, when I try to redeem the code, it was failed to redeem it, playstation store show me that " Code isn't valid for the region listed on my account." Supposely, the staff should be remind customer before they purchase it. After this situation, the answer I get from them is " You're already tear off the plastic, cannot do any compensation for me."
If you want to sell new game which is included code for redemption, please let customer know whether can or cannot redeem the code on their account before the purchase it!
