β β β β β Basically, the new units have nice modern manimalist houses design. The security guards are friendly too. However tbh the area at the old (first phase) houses units suit for the nature lover and up for Kampung feel mode. Got neighbour with rooster and 3 reban at the backyard, good nature random time alarm clock also fascinating unknown sounds of wild bird species at night. If you lucky you can see some wild monkey and probably a snake nearby the bush. Makesure you have proper house gate as some cats will visit your house and left a poop.
