first time I brought and second time I brought was totally different in explanation. I dont mind to pay extra but the point is the staff only concern the question is the flower is more expensive then last time I brought ,is all about the 1st time the staff did not explain in detail and the staff today blame me back due to i didnt ask in detail , no apologies at all !! Is this the service provide to your customers?
Never ever come back again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a premade arrangement that was quite lovely. But they didn't give me any instructions on how to care for it. When I asked, they said just spritz it with water. Well, I know flowers die, but these started browning the 2nd day, and by day 5, the buds were falling off. If I did something wrong I don't know what it was, but I would expect flowers to stay pretty for at least a week with proper care. A bit disappointed.

Most flowers are fresh over here and a great place for those who like to pick and match your own flowers combinations
The Wavyleaf Sea Lavender flowers were very fresh ?
They have ready made bouquets for sales but I noticed one of the pink rose petal for the big bouquet was slightly dried up (it's not really visible though, unless you really look carefully, still looks good if you don't mind), so I opt to pick and match individual flowers instead; and paid additional price for the special wrapper with big ribbon instead of the standard brown paper
The smaller ready made bouquet was impressively arranged and wrapped though
Would be better if they could recommend the suitable flowers to add on to my current choices of individually picked flowers, which I did ask to one of the ladies.. but seemed lack of action received;
Upon careful observation of the ad-hoc wrapping after leaving the store, if only they could arrange the flowers in a suitable arrangements depending on the wrapping style (if it's wrapped with length of the back wrapping longer than the front, the flowers with longer stalks should be at the back, or to arrange and trim the stalks accordingly; currently some flowers with shorter stalks were hidden at the back); maybe it's ad-hoc
But overall this is one of the good place to buy flowers ?
I noticed a small signage mentioning about getting 1 free fresh stalk of flower for every 5 fresh stalk flowers purchased on Wednesdays; if I looked and understand correctly
