โ โ โ โ โ Basic needs can get here. But i want to complain something. One of your male staff was very rude (26/7/2021). My mother paid by card and the card decline and you know what he said, โtak cukup duit la tuโ and my mother said โtapi rm15 jaโ he said โtapi ni rm15.90โ and my mother choose to not saying anything and change another card. It was me that consent this matter, pls educate your staff on how to communicate with customer. I also used to call the shop for grooming purpose and the male staff ask many unprofessional ques such as โgarang tak, biasa mandi tak, kalau tak biasa mandi dan garang kita tak ambil sbb nnti susah nak bg mandiโ i was like aaa okay

โ โ โ โ โ There is one old man, claiming heโs the owner, has openend the the store for 9 years. Me and my family wanted to see the hotel for the cat so we can see how the condition, how they taking care when we want to send our pet at theirโs but this oldman so very very rude reply and disallowed us to see even though from outside the area because he said there are some issues on others complaining about the store ! You know what ! They complaining because of this old man rudeness! The arrogant of him ! Very disappointed! I totally will not allow my family to enter this store again. Sorry but Iโm also already been stayed here in putrajaya for almost 10 years ! If this how you going to treat your customer and they are the source of your rezki, better try other job or business. P/s hope the owner or the old man read this to remind him how rude he is despite he the owner of the store or how long you have been opened ! Please note customer has right to know what are they and their cat get into. Thereโs some viral on social med how customer cats being treated on the care clinics ! Kalau dah owner pun takde attitude, rude ! Mana tak pekerja pun sama. Lots of complaining from customer coming from your staff and the owner attitude itself ! You can check review from googles and others. Dengan attitude mcm ni you business will not go anywhere around here, teach some manners ! I will not let anyone especially person like you to rude with my mom and my family. Others please be aware of this shop. !
