★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company management is still living in dinosaur era, almost monopolize the natural gas market in Malaysia but provide sub par service to its clients and never try to improve their service.
1. Limited/outdated payment gateway.
2. Unreasonable other charges other than the tariff.
Hope the management can wake up 1 day and improve their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are the residents from Jalan Besar, 86000 Kluang, Johor. About Gas Malaysia Berhad, in fact, it is the gas pipes laying project by their appointed contractors. They dig bloody big holes with loud noise created by machine along this road in front of many premises without any consent for over four months and still working on! They removed fence gate around the premises without fixing it back after their works! Their workers loosen SAJ pipe screw for water usage without fixing it back leading to water leaking wastage! Also, rubbish and used masks were thrown here and elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called many times, from 1300 numbers to 03 numbers. Each made me holding on lines for more than 25 min after automated messages, and still no one comes to my line. If Gas Malaysia lines are so busy, it may be more popular than mysejatera. Instead of trying to connect the gas line, I better get a gas tank for my kitchen instead.

Very bad service.
Did not send bills and reminders on time.
Then simply cut the gas supply.
You have to made a call to your customer before cut the supply.
You make others in difficulty.
As we are in condo, we check with the Management Office and they said they are not the responsible party to do the cut off supply. They also not the one will contact us to remind on the outstanding.
Gas Malaysia is the one who need to make a call to the customer.
Your reconnection fee of RM50 is ridiculous!!
If you don't have enough staff to do your proper task, please open for vacancy. More people need the job.
