★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to register & reconnect. Just have to bring along IC & S & P or Cukai Pintu, as long as official documents with your name & the address for the gas supply. Fast, friendly & efficient, the 2 stuffs at the counter were fluent with English & very helpful. Everything settled within 20min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to pay them a visit to change an account name. The hassle is having to come here, but once here (and provided that you have the necessary documents) the procedure is pain-free. Had to make an appointment for inspection at my house and the officer who came on that day was prompt and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They terminated my account without giving sufficient notices!! My tenant did not use the gas and hence did not bother to pay. My deposits was used up to set off the minimum sum charged, after which the account was terminated. To reconnect, I have to go to their office personally and re-register myself with required documents (IC & S&P??) and deposits payment!! Its such a hassles..Why can't all these be done online?? After all they already have my pariculars in their system!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company management is still living in dinosaur era, almost monopolize the natural gas market in Malaysia but provide sub par service to its clients and never try to improve their service.
1. Limited/outdated payment gateway.
2. Unreasonable other charges other than the tariff.
Hope the management can wake up 1 day and improve their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample open car park lots. Service is fast. No queue. To open a gas Malaysia account, just need to complete a form, bring your IC and prove of ownership of the property

Very bad service.
Did not send bills and reminders on time.
Then simply cut the gas supply.
You have to made a call to your customer before cut the supply.
You make others in difficulty.
As we are in condo, we check with the Management Office and they said they are not the responsible party to do the cut off supply. They also not the one will contact us to remind on the outstanding.
Gas Malaysia is the one who need to make a call to the customer.
Your reconnection fee of RM50 is ridiculous!!
If you don't have enough staff to do your proper task, please open for job vacancy. More people need the job.
Please send your bills and reminders on time.
Please update your payment & billing system.
Too bad. Are we in 1980's?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if can, i prefer not to give 1 star, I will give no star at all. Bad service. No bill received from Gas Malaysia. Nothing at all, then simply disconnect the gas supply. Reconnection fee RM 50, paid for nothing. Lousy service company. Should bill or sent reminder to your customer before your disconnect. By the way, the outstanding of my bill was only RM 10+, deposit given more than that and still can cover the outstanding. Please improved your system.
