โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Alex Leowโs professionalism and treatment is never in question and always impeccable. The waiting time to see him could be improved. There was a 2 hour wait in our last visit to see him after a confirmed appointment.

โ โ โ โ โ My mom made an appointment for gastroscopy and colonoscopy, so the nurse put her under anesthesia. Shockingly, once my mom was awake after the procedure, one of the nurse told my mom that they missed out the colonoscopy procedure and need to put my mom under anesthesia again. At that point of time, my concerned was if her body able to take up another round of anesthesia. Had a conversation about this to a nurse, she said "SHOULD BE" ok, that got me angry cause she wasn't sure and putting my mom in risk. Then i spoke to Dr Alex, he said risk is low and will monitor her closely. At that point of time, i wonder if my mom in a good hand and decided to cancel the procedure.

โ โ โ โ โ Overall, Iโm quite disappointed with the entire experience over the past few months. I went to this clinic because of the good reviews on google but my personal experience is not even remotely closed to those described in reviews.
The doctor is extremely โtextbookโ type, he insisted that my problem should be solved (because I had taken the medication for 6 weeks) even though I still experience the symptoms daily.
He is also not very patient as when I repeatedly asked him the same questions because I didnโt understand, he just repeated his answers to me again. ?? Seriously, hearing him the first time was not the problem.

I am usually above giving negative reviews, but a text from his clinic came so coincidentally as I was stuck in a ? having a bad cramp and diarrhoea the next day after he said Iโm cured and no need to see him anymore. ?
Now that I look even more closely at all his so called โgood reviews on googleโ, the comments are mostly very generic, and the level of English proficiency is way beyond the Malaysian average, which makes me question the authenticity of these reviews.

โ โ โ โ โ Just had my endoscopy done yesterday , appreciate Dr Alex who put my endoscopy at 7.30am in view of my intense gastric pain and a smooth endoscopy was done . Dr Alex is a very caring doctor and helps his patients with heart . Highly recommended . Thank you Dr Alex .

โ โ โ โ โ Spacious waiting area. And very comfortable waiting during this pandemic time. Immediate appointment slot available as my mom condition was very critical. Good and friendly by nurse and Dr Alex is awesome. A point to improve is the CT scan which takes only 15 mins but waiting time in front of CT centre for more than an hour.
Overall excellent and very satisfied
