★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet environment. I noticed a kindergarten/ school at Ground floor, which would be convenient for parents who work here with little kids. Also at Ground Floor, a few cafes and the famous KOA fitness, an all-women gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible drop off planning. You’ve tenants that are pre schools and kindergartens. Your parking structure for visitors is all the way lowest floor of basement, require to turn many rounds (about 8 mins). During drop off, parents are supposed to keep turning at that tiny round about. Security guards are obviously just trying to “do their job” or “take orders” hence constantly chasing parents away, even if you’re parked nicely on the side without being an obstruction. Doesn’t make any sense if there is no car behind us but we just have to turn round and round and round ??!!!
When asked what’s the purpose of keep turning whereas not blocking anyone, the reply was “just turn, cannot wait!” ?????? Please improve on drop off especially for parents. Perhaps designate two lots for parents to drop off (not more than few mins). Something reasonable. It’s a vicious cycle. The more you’re doing this, the more other parents will get triggered and then the schools are not going to make it and I guess your tenants will reconsider about this issue too? Also security guards should be more patient. For goodness sake you guys are dealing with young kids here and teachers doing their beer trying to put kids in cars but security kept on blowing whistle and shooing parents away.
Please improve. And train your guys better. Be a little kinder. Security guys not gangsters.
