★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has totally lost its charms. Used to be one of the best standard place to shop, how the items used to sparkle and helpful store assistants as soon as you stepped in. However today the experience is really bad. The place looked so dull. The store assistant was not helpful. We visited to buy a set of gold plated pooja set, kept asking for it and the store assistant did not want to show us, mentioned they don't have it. When we found the set and asked him for the price, he went off, we had to ask him 3 times and he couldn't give us the price and kept referring to someone else. The only thing they told us that the set is expensive. Obviously we know its would be expensive Coz it's gold plated! We finally went to counter to get some help but the person over the counter just asked the store assistant to assist us, which also did the same. What's the point of having staffs who can't assist customer, can't tell the price and worse off the price tag is also not there. We walked away out of frustration and went over to Kumaran's to get the same items and bought additional stuffs as well since their service was so welcoming and helpful. Please improve your service, returning customers wants to give you business but you are chasing them away to competitors!
