★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here since 1996. The condo is getting old as i do but i still love it. Management team fo their best especially about the security. Facilities sre getting old too but considering that the condo was built in 1987, it is great!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management, cleaners and technicians not only has no knowledge but also they think they own the building and all residents inside. You feel gangster running the building.
The whole building is infested by termite. Just avoid.
Never ever waste your precious life in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old condo and the management manager mentality is not amenable to development. I do not recommend living in it. There are no services around the building. You feel isolated from the world

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 years(2019 - 2021). Love the management and guards, providing us with 100% safety and always helped us out with parcels etc. I work at Petronas KLCC, it is a 7minute drive from GCB Court to KLCC. The best. Quiet, low density, never an issue with lifts. Miss this place!
