 Whenever I want to check my treking on the word ad kat gdek mersing .. WHY why he said the area can not be known !! wehh me for the postcard of all the bells of ic ic hawau .. i want to the city da la jauhh..jngn troubles people lahh..keja for the way kje ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR SERVICE... always want customer to pick up the stuff at its own place... its not 1 or 2 times...but its 3rd time happened to me...
Next time i'll only use POS LAJU or other company for any delivery or posting.. my officemate told me the same happen to her.. Here the Ref. Num. of delivery that i hav to pick up myself today : CN : 9872.. Unfortunately, i didn't kept the other 2 stuff ref.num before...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad courier service. I had to pick up my item from the office 10 out of 10 times of courier service. Other courier services are able to deliver to my doorstep. Even if they didn't manage to deliver it to me, they did leave notes thus means that they have tried to reach me. However, for Gdex service, there weren't any notes or notices, even when I was at home all the time, there weren't any delivery vans or trucks in sight.
I was waiting for one item which was noted down 'out for delivery' from Kluang-Mersing since 9.15a.m. yesterday. It is already night time right now. How can i receive pos laju when it was just posted yesterday from Kedah-Mersing, right to my doorstep, whereas not Gdex which is only from Kluang-Mersing?
