โ โ โ โ โ My parcel arrived at GDEX Senawang on 04-05-2020 but in the tracking system state " Non Service Area (NSA). So I did make a called to GDEX Senawang and told them i will pick my parcel at Maybank Kuala Klawang, and they told me to arrange a schedule to deliver my parcels on Monday (11/05/2020). when i called again on Monday, they changed the schedule on Tuesday (12/05/2020). But unfortunately, I didn't get any update. I did make a called for the third time, and i was informed that they will send back my parcel to the seller because the parcel is already more than 7 days. Why you guys treated your customers this way. I pay for your service and this is i got? Another things, why your customer service that served me that time didn't tell me, that i could't get my parcels since its already past 7 days and still she make an arrangement for me to deliver my parcels. It quite troublesome for me since you guys make this complicated. I need an explanation and status about my parcel. Please take an action and get back to me as soon as possible.

โ โ โ โ โ Very good. I sent parcel to Kulim on Tuesday, the next day has arrived there. The clerk said maybe on Monday coz Thursday is public holiday. Then Fri & sat are holidays for Kedah, Sunday is GDex holiday.
