โ โ โ โ โ Never call customer, they just simply update in the system and saying delivered unsuccessful, force us to travel to the office and collect by ourselves.

โ โ โ โ โ Got to deal with Gdex as Gdex notified me in lazada on item delivery failure.
I called in the next morning to arrange delivery time however I was told that they sent out my item already and it will be arrived 3 hours later. I had to propose my holiday plan for that.
It is so inflexible that they neither accept my suggestion to drop my item at guardhouse nor to pass me the courier guy contact for me to deal directly. I was given choice either to wait or to collect myself at the branch. I will never use Gdex anymore

โ โ โ โ โ GDEX were supposed to deliver a package to my Address. My address included a Waze Navigation point and my Wiles Phone number. After waiting for a week, I checked the tracking and it said it was on hold, could not deliver. Under the MCO we are at home.
After 5 calls with promises to find the package and send it we eventually we were told it had been sent back to sender.
Be warned never use GDEX use Ninja Van who have absolutely no problem delivering packages.

โ โ โ โ โ Gdex Driver delivering parcels to Cheras Traders Square area are so rude! I have postponed the delivery via the app from the message sent, yet they still come & called saying they will not be around other days. They suggested to put on the post box exposed to everyone to take. Who will be responsible if lost?! Their tone is so rude & impolite too! This happened more than 4 times! If i can give 0 star rating i will!

โ โ โ โ โ SINCE WHEN YOUR DELIVERY STYLE CHANGE FROM RINGING THE DOOR BELL TO CALLING THE RECEIVER?! Assuming someone is now home when nobody answer your call?! How can you expect your customer to be 24/7 on phone? please notify your delivery team to walk down and ring the door bell next time. Stop wasting our time.

โ โ โ โ โ Had item posted , picked up on same day and kept at PJ branch few days. not delivered over the wkend, unfortunately monday was public holiday. finally tracking updated arrived at local branch. online tracking wasnt updated whether parcel was out for delivery. i kept calling the customer service, they were very polite and helpful. understood that nothing much they can do except for notifying the branch to inform and deliver the item. thats the good thing. the downside is, if item still in PJ or local branch, u cant collect the item urself. customer service had to notify them to inform/contact u first regarding the delivery then only u can pick up urself. may not be convenient as sometimes we wont be at home at unexpected times. despite not updated online, my parcel arrived shortly, by part time gdex staff. parcel received in best condition. overall, service is good and acceptable. thank you so much !

โ โ โ โ โ When I call to ask why my item was undelivered, they say the delivery guys have come and call me twice but the fact I never receive their call for both day. They insist that they won't deliver to me again and ask me to pick up from office. Fine, after I pick up my parcel then I receive a call from another staff asking whether I'll be home tommorow they're going to deliver the parcel! Terrible experience with them
