★ ★ ★ ★ ★ X layak langsung untuk 1 bintang pn.. Barang kecik ke besar ke semua kene self pickup, bayar service postage GDEX buat tahik apa klau semua kena amik sendiri? Brg kecik xpe la, ni peti sejuk 280 liter suh amik sendiri? Menyusahkan.. Nk buat service couriers tp semua kena customer amk sendiri.. Bila tny knapa x hantar ckp kawasan x cover, kawasan rmh aku betul2 di dalam Bandar Gua Musang, bukan RURAL Area.. Bongok..
 X is worth a full 1 star .. Big picks are all here self pickup, pay GDEX service postage to know what to do with all your own magic? After all, is this a 280 liter self contained refrigerator? It's frustrating .. I do service couriers but not every customer gets their own .. When they send x cover area x cover, my home area is really inside Cave Town, not RURAL Area ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff perempuan melayu 30.1.2022, slow buat kerja. Lori datang takde pula pass parcel I kat lori terus masa lori collect. Padahal dah siap timbang apa dah masa tu. Tggu tampal slip sahaja. Makanya kena tggu collection esok pula la parcel aku. Lembab.
Malay female staff on 30.1.2022, slow for work. Lori came takde also pass parcel I kat lori then time lori collect. Even though I'm ready to weigh what it's time for. Please paste the slip only. That's why I have to collect my parcel tomorrow. Moist.

Hanging laaaa I don't know what to call, I'm not good at remarking to collect myself near the office, do you remember it's close to wanting to go collect !! like like remark mcm tu out for delivery it is said that how many items do you remark yourself? What kind of delivery service is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier company is so lazy and unprofessional. They literally said to me that they choose location to deliver packages. Force me to go collect my parcel on my own at their office. Not even once they deliver parcel to my neighbourhood. Im living in town, just 10 minutes away from their office. Why doing courier services if you are not doing delivery? This company didn’t deserve even one star. The worse courier service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This facilities was shared with hardware shop... They will call when your parcel arrived. There is no door to door delivery. And normally the will not pickup your call even you tried so many times.
