I was really happy that I could get my parcel, after I received call from my guard house said that GDex is sending my parcel to my house, I waited in front of my house for 45 minutes for the truck. But it did not appear, so I called my guard house and confirm if GDex still in the house area and they said GDex’s truck had left. So track my parcel using online and then it said fail to send due to sorry card. I didnt know what it mean so I called the customer services, and I told them what had happen and they said I wasn’t at home. Hello? I was there for the whole day and you said I wasn’t there, your truck went to the wrong house and the worst things is the parcel got my phone number, you didn’t even call me, if you smart enough you should curious how do you get in if the owner is not at home. The second worst things is, your customer service said they will inform me when if the truck around, but they didn’t even follow up me. Lousy, and worst customer service

Almost 5 days, still at there. So slow like snail, soon gdex will lose ur customer supports. Pls response to ur customers. Dont ignore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just checked the status update, said failed delivery attempt today at 14:57:38, but I never received any calls today. Just simply update status into the system. No integrity and cannot be trusted. Better to use J&T, DHL and even pos laju is more responsible than you guys. Extremely disappointed.

Don’t you think is very stupid !!
What if your staff know is a very expensive things
Then you staff steal it ?
And said they not responsible for any damage or any loss
They open my parcel
And said can deliver
Lol
Ok now you know is expensive thing so you can ask me deliver them so you can steal it ?
J&t or whatsoever delivery never said will
Need to open up every single parcel to check what is inside
