★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever! I purchased items online and I received a call from their customer service asking me to pick up my parcel from their office - when I had paid RM25 for delivery charges. Are they out of their minds, just being typically lazy. Obviously I refused and told them to arrange for a delivery and call my mobile when they’re delivering. As usual, no calls received on my phone by the delivery personnel, yet, the status had changed to ‘Shipment cannot be posted’. This is absurd!!

Already waiting them for delivery 3 days. They are many reason not to deliver my goods every day. I need those goods urgently. In the way your staff working like this, I think i will never receive the goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel should be receive 30th of Jan cause my address at Kepong and the parcel inbound in Kepong Gdex but I didn't even received the parcel or call from them. Then when I track the parcel, they stated outbound Kepong, inbound bandar sri damansara and outbound bandar sri damansara and now is in transit in petaling jaya. Oh Jesus, i'm waiting for so long .
When I call them, they just say I will help you to check and end up no one call me back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fail to deliver on time. When I called and asked if I can pick up myself, they say difficult to locate my package. Subsequent calls to the station was ignored. Terrible customer service. At this rate they are going, will be easily outdone by competitors. Lousy company, lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad and arrogant attitude. big parcel just said no body help to move and becouse of my back problem i cant move into my car feel so helpless. and thier attitude treating customer is.very arrogant.
After writing email to the office, their attitude has improved. Now they are helpful and attitude also become normal, talking nicely to me. Actually the management of Gdex is very good! They really take action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone there to pick my delivery several times , they handle thing quite fast and follow MCO SOP, 2 customers a time, their sercive is better then another well branded company which they took more half and hour to get my staff though tracking no. was given to them.Syabas GDEX!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it here. Besides the extended opening hours to receive documents (we still can send documents well past 6 pm), I must thank the receptionist who is very friendly and helpful. If I'm not mistaken, her name is Miss Laila.
