★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gdex skudai is the most unreliable and bad courier service, call never pick up, im at home all this time but in your notice stated that refuse to accept item! You dont even come to my house to deliver items! And now you withhold the item without any attempt to deliver it? and you didnt pick up any call for us rearrange the delivery? Please improved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even community service isn't this bad. I waited for 7 days—the last 2 days passed without their customer service picking any of my calls. I had to cancel my early morning appointments and drive all the way to their office to collect my parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. I think this company do not know the meaning of their service. Called, no one answered, waited for 10 days and I still don't understand why do they want to keep my package in their warehouse. I see Gdex lorry passed by fews times a week, but they just did not pick up my package. The staff need to be send for training for better productivity. Dear supplier, please don't use Gdex if u do want want to be screw up by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star if Google review allowed me. No feeling for other people. Ask to wait somewhere nearby but not even bother about waiting time. Call office 07-5111288 also nobody attends to your call. Dispatch person info also can't provide. Walk-in also slow service and feel being rejected. Just for 1 parcel only can hold you back, spoil a day's moods. Poor SOP and lakes of quality of services. The dispatch person also doesn't even say sorry at first, just said I'm just a worker. Raining started also don't bother to come down and said a simple sorry forgive us, we will look for better improvement! Efficiency needs to be done with good arrangements. The message shall be sent out for confirmation before rescheduling. Compare to DHL improvement, GDex really should be eliminated by the user one day. Previous also just leave the parcel on the floor and ask you to pick up your own, just because of late with Sorry Card. The sorry card makes GDex service like hell. Without a good SOP, no matter how nice your staff is, your customers still will end with anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and the staff was rude!! I will give zero star if Google reviews allowed!! The staff was in bad attitude when I requested to change the address and he hang my phone. They didn't call and inform me when nobody was at home and they just leave a note and do nothing. I called and requested them to put the parcel at the guard house if I'm not at home but they rejected! They said they must need my signature if not they will not deliver the parcel! I'm the owner, the customer and I requested such a small request and they can't do it ! So what they means, it means that if I'm not at home during my working days they will just leave the parcel at their office. So how can I get my parcel? This is your service not my business! I requested to put it at guardhouse so I can get the parcel after I went back from work but why you rejected? It is a hard request for you? Therefore, I requested to change the shipping address. The staff became rude and started reply me with bad attitude. He told me that if I wanna change the address, they need to inform the seller and get approval from the seller. I asked him for three times that how long will be taken during this process and he didn't answer for the first two times. When I asked for the three times, he can't give me an accurate time that need to be taken. So I asked for his phone number to send him the new address. He hang my phone and didn't reply my message! Very bad and poor service! Please learn how to respect your customers and be more patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A courier company which maybe you need to collect your courier by yourself at their office, don need to call as their phone might be not in function , I call in front the counter but didn't hear any phone ringing. Good luck if you can get your parcel here. You will feel extremely happy when you got it when you left here...

An indian guard came and scolded me for waiting.
I'm puzzled as to what was my mistake.
To already top off the horrible service here, the attitude of almost all the staff here is just horrible.
Save yourself, drive further to another branch if you do not want your day ruined by the warphole of negativity here.
