Happened in this morning, I called to this branch, asking nicely about my problem, a young lady working there answer my call, I can feel her sound is very impatient, but I insist to ask nicely because my intention is to solve the problem, at the end, she hang up my call directly without giving any solution. I hope the authority can see this message and deliver to the person-in-charge, for a business to sustain, customer experience is the key point, and the staff working especially customer service must be trained to serve and solve question, not behave like a princess with an arrogant attitude. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH GDEX SUNGAI BESI BRANCH, LOW STANDARD OF STAFF QUALITY.
