14/09 (saturday) / around 10am++, i went to collect my parcel.
Service staff at counter (Indian ladies) not helpful at all with the rude attitude. She not helping us to find our parcel. Untill we frustrated, straight away walk to the warehouse looking our parcel by ourselves. she act like she is the boss for this company. However the Malay staff (in behind warehouse) service is good, when we complaint to her regarding her colleagues attitude, she apologies on behalf of her.
Hence, i hope GDEX management can look on this issues seriously. We are your regular customer, hope you can investigate and improve on it. Otherwise we will look for other logistics ccompany

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best courier service in town, they are fast, never had any problem before. If you go to their office after online shopping events like 11/11, 12/12 and year end sales, you barely can walk inside, they are jam pack with delivery packaging, you will be impress and feel sorry at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service, poor and lack of management, phone number are not connected when customer call the office...no phone call or message when out for delivery the item, customer need to pick up the item by their own....cost charge for delivery, but no work done...cause a lot of trouble for other people, since it happen for several time with gdex!! really bad experienced ?
