โ โ โ โ โ Went to change old SSD to a new SSD. Owner is really nice and have really good price. But I think I got unlucky with my service. All of my files from previous SSD is gone now. Laptop is like a blank new slate. Unfortunately old SSD have a lot of important files and school stuff. Yes my mom should've backup her files but she does not know any tech stuff at all. Owner should've told her beforehand. Disappointed and frustrated. Sorry for the 1 star review but hope owner will not do this to other customers after this. Always back up your files if you send your laptop or computer to anybody. Be safe and never trust anybody even if they say they can transfer your files.
