★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sy beli peti ais 2 pintu utk dihadiahkan buat mertua sy jenama sharp..sy terus tny boleh keluarkan peti lama n masukkan yg baru ke? sbb ayah mertua n mak mertua je kat rumah..salesman kata boleh, sy pun takde la riki kedai lain, so terus bayar..kata nya akan anta kul7-8malam sbb hujan n ade 3lagi brg nk anta..tiba adik ipar sy kol kata driver marah2 ayah mertua, ckp susah cr rumah la apa..walhal br kul 5.30ptg..pastu dah jumpa rumah letak je mcmtu kat depan rumah..taklangsung ikut apa yg dijanjikan..sy mmg panas la terus kol kedai, mujurla saleman tu mintak maap dan bgtau akn fix kan keadaan..tu bagi jugak 1 bintang ye...kpd driver yg bwk brg tu, sy beli dgn duit ye bukan suh anta free..tlg jaga adab depan org tua ye..
I bought a 2 -door refrigerator to give as a gift to my father -in -law from the sharp brand..I can continue to take out the old box and put the new one in? sbb ayah mertua n mak mertua je kat rumah..salesman kata boleh, sy pun takde la riki kedai lain, so terus bayar..kata nya akan anta kul7-8malam sbb hujan n ade 3lagi brg nk anta..tiba adik ipar sy kol said the driver angrily, father -in -law, it's hard to get home, what's the matter..although it's cool at 5.30pm..then I found a house located in front of the house..I didn't follow what was promised..it's hot, it's still hot at the store, luckily saleman I apologize and tell you that I will fix the situation..you also share 1 star ... for the driver who is like that, I bought it with money, it's not free..just keep good manners in front of old people ..

Bought a Samsung fridge, found out not cooling for fridge section.
Called to complaint, the shop staff & owner twice & turn said is like that, is cooled. How could it be even after the full blast to freeze over night, still not cold & the vegie were wet.
Worst thing were the sales person given an non relevant person phone no. to me & said that was his number.
Had complaint to Samsung Malaysia. Hopefully justice say by action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really wide range of products available here as it's a small electronic shop but most of the basic products you can get here like air conditioners, televisions & washing machines etc
Prices after discounts are unbeatable in my personal experience at this store.
Staff's are friendly but be aware if you need there help to fix the aircon or tv they won't come on time even you pay them in advance.
