筆者がマラッカで漂泊生活を始めた頃、ドライブの途中偶然に立ち寄った時、錦帯橋と桜の写真が目に飛び込んで来たんです。

なんで、この田舎町で錦帯橋(・・?
いろんな質問を重ねて会話しているうちに仲良くなってしまった…という間柄です。久々に立ち寄ってみましたが旨さは健在。
現在はご長男がオーナーシェフとして先代からの味を受け継ぎ営業されています。
 It's been 18 years since I met Lao Pun Nyan (the landlady) at the Hanki Hotel in the town of Gemenche, about an hour drive from the city center of Melaka. The trigger was a photo of Kintaibashi in Yamaguchi Prefecture displayed inside the store.
When I accidentally dropped in on a drive when I started wandering in Malacca, I saw photos of Kintai Bridge and Sakura.

It was a relationship that I got along with each other while talking with various questions. I stopped by after a long time, but the goodness is still alive.
The eldest son is now operating as the owner chef, inheriting the taste from the previous generation.
