β β β β β Renewing insurance policies ets easy at office. Go meet up with Agent and get it moving fast. Visit if you want to renew or update policies.

β β β β β Waiting time may be 10-20 minutes. However counter staff are friendly and they will update customers on new package which cover more benefits for the same fee. Parking is limited but always manage to secure a lot & remember the MPPP parking coupon. During school days , don't go when morning school dismiss at about 1-2 pm as the roads leading to this office will be congested.

β β β β β When I call in to ask the question,the girl worker that pick up the phone and transfer to the counter, I stay on the line almost 5 minutes nobody pick up the phone. So I call again and told that nobody pick up my phone could you please transfer again, that girl said you want me transfer to where & to whom with impolite attitude.
What kind of service ??
