★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is very helpful and I admit I was a little fussy about time and dust management when the work is carried out. Alas Im very happy to get their services. Hopefully this business and their professional attitude last.
I got
1- Troubleshoot ( apparently they did not clean unfixed AC ) During this time, they figured that AC is not troubled by dust issue but something else.
2- PCB replacement
3- And finally the cleaning
If you’re allergy to dust make sure that fixed AC is already cleaned or else you’ll use dusty AC before they come for the next service specifically for cleaning. This can be very detrimental for your situation. Unless your AC is not working due to dusty filter, then it’s 2-1 service. They’ll come and clean, and clean means things are fixed.
Mine is the PCB trouble. So more steps, means more money out.

My slot was due in another week, but because they have slots available in due time, they put me in. So I got to service my aircond right before Ramadhan. They created whatsapp group to update on all the work done. Very professional. Will stick with them for my aircond maintenance after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First booking plan to perform leak diagnostic, but somehow found that the temperature sensor was the culprit. Since the diagnostic using nitrogen was not perform, they not charge me extra for the sensor replacement.. Really professional and really recommended! The technician knowledgable and friendly too..
