My parents had a horrible experience when visited the shop after being greeted with rude service by the pharmacist, (a young Chinese man in a white lab coat, dated 22nd January 2018). We will never do business with this place and will never recommend it to others. There are other more reputable establishments in Alor Setar with greater service and a far more friendlier environment.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best pharmacist shop in the town. Well equipped with necessary medicine. Staff are helpful. Parking is difficult during evening but there's a Jaga taking care traffic.

I thought someone working in 'big' pharmaceutical company should be well mannered and educated. Please @georgetown, pick your staff properly. Anyhow, I'm making a formal report to the HQ

โ โ โ โ โ Only 1 person was allowed to enter the premise when we tried to purchase a wheelchair. A bit Difficult for us the choose the item. When i asked โ Is this your own created SOP of as per KKM?โ Then only 2 of us were allowed to enter.
