★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr are not honest on prices of surgery and they simply charge your hospital bills in order to add up to the amount mention. Mention that this hospital was build to help people to ease their medical cost but instead this hospital is not as caring or is here to help people but themselves. Definitely would not recommend this place to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my booster Jab ystd morning at Thistle hospital. Was called by recep after 1hr and given my booster Card PLUS a strip of panadol and told to go home. I told the girl that i didnt have my jab yet!!!!!!!
Confusion all round. After some minutes it was sorted out and I finally had the jab.
The hospital has no signage to show where patients are to go. It was a hit and miss for us . We were waved to sit at The chairs to wait but whether it was for hospital PTS or covid booster PTS nobody really knew.
The Dr I presume she was one as she never introduced herself, neither did she wear any identity badge asked about pts history at the reception counter in front of everybody. Pt and “Dr” standing in front of one another. No social distancing whatsoever.
This hospital has been giving covid vaccinations for a few months already. But there is no system, everything is still kalang kabut and so unprofessional.
What would happen if I wasnt alert and went off as instructed without the jab. There is no Record by The nurse giving The injection that i had my jab. IT would be my Word against The hospital.
Whoever is in charge please take immediate corrective action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 17th Sept for my maid vaccination. Was amazed by the staff professionalism.. No doubt took us abt 1 hour to get all paper work sorted nevertheless all went smoothly. In fact saw an incident where a 93 yr old lady was seated In her car at the car park and machines were brought to her to get checks done! Wow!! She came for vaccination!
Kudos to all the staff of this hosp. Keep up the good work Georgetown Hosp!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the body check in here. Which is so cheap when compare with Hong Kong. Service is great! physician explained the report well with patient. Nurses are very nice and help us well organized. Specially thank you to the marketing executive Ms. Jocelyn Chong, she is so nice and provide lots of help to make sure we got the smooth progress.
Definitely will come again for a regular body check!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father got prostat surgery on 4th Apr 019. Service was great, Dr. Liong can explain clearly and did surgery sucessfull. Nurses was friendly but there were some nurses who still on training but it was okay. All is well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with their CT scan, 3 times injected for contrast dye on different area of my wife’s arm. 2 times failed at first and third time ended up with contrast dye leaked out causing her arm swelling like balloon. We totally lost our confidence in thier nurse injection skill. Pay a ridiculous price and gain pain some more. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. We consulted 2 famous doctor here , both were arrogant. I will never visit here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital in Penang. The staff quality is very bad.The waiting time is long and the nurse who help me inject is terrible. The guy who dispense medication to me is not only not friendly in answer my enquiries somemore provide me the wrong information!! Besides, their medication is so expensive yet service is so slow and bad. Will never visit again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for vaccination few days ago, waited quite long outside. When I enter the vaccination room, to my surprise, the room has strong smell of food. This makes me feel uncomfortable. How can someone eat inside the vaccination room. This is not hygienic at all. Not sure her name, but one of the working staff (indian girl who wear green colour uniform). To me, she is quite rude. Hopefully you can improve in terms of service and hygiene.
