★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite Kelantan food joint in Johor Bahru. Run by a Kelantanese family, their food is almost as good as any found in the Northeast state. It opens only in the morning, but food can run out fast on a busy day. Their sambal belacan is a killer, and can probably burn the roof of your mouth if you're not careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerai Kak Yah sells delicious authentic Kelantan dishes at affordable prices. Their claim to fame are their Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang and Laksam. They also sell a variety of Kelantan kuih such as Che Mek Molek and Akok too.
I normally come here early in the morning before work, as they usually open at 6:30am - but most of their spread are only available from 7:00am onwards.
