★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The premise very neat & tidy, service advisors are polite and knowledgeable, very efficient. The location of this center not anywhere near places for refreshments such as cafes, coffee shops etc but light refreshments are provided for those waiting for your car being serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad in sense of cosmatic item proposed in bill of service without customer concern prior proposing.. have to reject manually when seen,.. really need to improve their pantry area.. lousy.. normal service taking up to 2 hours but no proper pantry ... Only warm water... Should provide beverage dispenser.. nobody gonna drink 10 cups and bring lost to your revenue..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Help to send my friends car for service. My appointment was at 11.00am and staffs very effective doing the paperwork hand out to the mechanics. There is customer waiting area where you can watch TV or look at them servicing the cars. Clean toilets and Cuckoo water to help ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for car servicing. Last time I was served by Alice, she was friendly and quick, so I had very very pleasant experiences with this place. Today I was served by joey, I waited for ~3 hours without any update. When I walked up to the her, I noticed my car was ready and she was sitting there doing nothing much. Why did she not inform me? And her attitude was very unapologetic and indifferent. I wonder how long do I need to wait if I just sit in the waiting room without asking? So disappointed. Hopefully, she will receive the training that she needs soon. Will avoid this outlet for now.
