★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my Mini for a to fix my front shockies. Staff was friendly and soft-spoken. I brought my own parts with me. They got in done as promised and within the range of the quote. Put the car in at 10.00am and got it out by 2.30pm. They even throw in a free car wash. Great service

Last Time (2019) Send My Car For A Drivetrain Error Issue.
Car Stuck At Workshop More Than A Week. When Asked What Are The Issue, They Kept Saying Still Checking Along The Way. They Didnt Able To Pinpoint The Actual Issue Of The Car Even After Changed Here And There. After Finally They Said Had To Change And Reprogram The Ecu Since The Fault Is From There.
Also, Promised To Return Call For Update But Never Return Back The Call. I Had To Call Them Back All The Way Through In Getting The Update For The Car.
So Ok La The Drivetrain Issue Resolved.
But!!! The Main Complaint I Want To Stated Here Is That After The Initial Issue Was Resolved, There Was A Whistling Sound On The Valve (Engine) Cover And When I Asked They Said Its Normal. So... For The Last 2 Years I Have Been Driving The Car With That Condition Until Eventually Another Foreman Heard That Sound And He Said That The Valve Cover Got Air Leaking And Its Not Good To Leave It Like That Since It Can Disrupt The Air Pressure In The Engine Area.
Can You Guys Imagine?? Claiming They Are "Specialist" In Bmw But Unable To Pinpoint That Air Leaking Issue!
