★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a regular customer from Icon City branch, so I have a same expectation on their service. But ended up disappointed, food waiting is >25 mins while there are only less than 4 tables of customers at that time. Food is okay though if you don’t mind to wait.

I came in 10.30pm and she told me us last call, i asked how many table more before us, she saud ur 2nd,and we waited 1hrs.Still no soyp available after 1hr.Ask the stupid waitress, she reply, i don't know. I'm not the cook! Stupid, I'm customer, can u say like this? Stupid shop to visit to get ur angerup to max. Good luck with ur bloid pressure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotpot in Butterworth area. Food quality is fine. Customer service is very good for a local restaurant. They always check with you on their food served and offer to make alteration to match our taste.
All staffs are friendly especially the young Chinese boy. Never missed our order and request. ??
Even takeaway service also good. They packed everything nicely and provide more than enough soup to make sure you don't feel different from dining in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ White Rice cold, Fish slice too thin for myr $9, kitten also can eat many plate, slices like ginger at sushi king lol. The soup if you drink you'll get thirsty seriously, too much msg, try~ Hope they'll improve.

I like their yam fish soup base which is nice and doesn't make u feel thirsty after eating.
