★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much improved layout of shelves display. Cleaner, wider aisles makes strolling through with trolley so much easier. Like the new layout. Apart from that, items on sale are no different from the competitors. That means the prices too. Unless there are special offers I can pretty much get all the essentials from my local convenient store or supermarket, maybe even at a lower price too. Large supermarkets must remember customers are now spoilt with choices of essential food shopping venues. Price determines customer loyalty nowadays, not supermarket names.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is massive in size, and expect the crowd to be massive too. Trolley pushing is the most comfy among all Giant outlets . Imported stuffs is lacking in here. Otherwise , they could easily capture customers away from the likes of Aeon, & Jaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please hire more staff for the checkouts. I'm sick to death of waiting for an hour just to pay.
Also if you only open 3 checkouts and make one a senior citizen only checkout it isn't fair to turn people away who have queued for 30 minutes in the alises and are not aware of your sign as they started to queue far away with the checkout out of view.
Also your staff only seem to apply a selective policy at that lane discriminate against some but not others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place that you may like to go for grocery. Easy excess. Big parking space. Great offers. And not only for grocery. Fast food. Mobile phone services. Computer and labtop repair, local delicacies, House hold. Jewellery store. Almost everything are available here. Double decker parking with easy excess if you with shopping trolley besides shades for your car if you are on the ground parking. Lately it served their clients very well as they do rearrange and segregated the goods in a very well arrangement. Helpful and very patient staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for their foodcourt today. Loved their pulled noodles and dumplings. Very generous with the ingredients and yummy too! Hope they would provide more seats as its kinda difficult to find one especially during peak hours.
