★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bad purchase experience and terrible service. I paid for my order on 28/11/2021 but after received payment confirmation email They never update me on the parcel tracking number. It’s been 2 weeks ! still did not receive my order. Tried to contact them via contact number , instagram message and email . NO REPLY at all ! The phone number and email that provided are totally not contactable . Not sure if they will refund or I just paid for nothing . Please don’t order anything from the vendor ! You will regret

The fruit basket is RM 160…fruits and roses…..the basket arrived around 12.30pm on Aug 31st….. the roses were almost fully opened and looking worn, the fruits were disgustingly small of different sizes and colour, looking more like they were picked up from the table or pasar malam, looking dry like they have been standing somewhere for a long time. The grapes came in a plastic container like you would have picked up from the supermarket and just plonked into the gift box and some were rotten. Please take a look at the pictures.
I complained to customer service by email and text to Victoria at Gifts.
We also took the trouble to call and text the Mitori about the fruits in the gift box . Mitori’s reply via text was that they are not a fruit shop and their “enthusiastic” reply was, we just packed as is, no creativity no enthusiasm.. secondly she says that we should have kept the fruits in the fridge and contacted them if we are not happy with the gift… this is a birthday gift, how offensive can the recipient be by calling the shop and complaining..secondly the fruits came on Aug 31st , and immediately was kept in the fridge by the recipient …the next day one apple was taken out to eat and was found to be soft!!! Fruits even in this weather can be left out a day or two without having going soft or rotten.
No apology no regret…the basket definitely is not worth RM 160 that I paid….. I asked for a refund and return of the goods and it was refused and all they wanted to do was just offer some flowers to replace, when the person’s birthday is spoilt by such a disgusting basket.

and I received a mix of red and purple wilted (dying) tulips.Any civilised company would confirm with the customer if they don't have the item in stock and a professional business would not send wilted (dying) flowers. I am very dissappointed with Dear J Flower/Dear J Creative for the poor quality of the product and with giftr.my for not having the option of posting the picture of the product received on theit site so that the customers would have an idea about the quality (or shall i say lack of) the product I received from Dear J Flowers through Giftr.my. Hopefully other buyers will be warned.
Edit: Was contacted by Giftr after 3 days, they stated that the vendor will rectify the situation and asked me to edit the review. After 8 days (16.02 to 24.02 ) still no replacement, no other contacts so nobody from Giftr did anything to rectify the situation, therefore this review stays unmodified.
After 2 weeks I received a full refund, therefore the review is upgraded from 1 star to 4 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's terrible and bad experience. Order place two weeks ago ..for Rm1.5k ++++ it still keep waiting, promise will receive products before Raya but it's still yet receive aft Raya pass for 2 weeks. Call, email , message no response at all.
Just notice review post by previous customer, same problem faced it. I should read it before before purchase from them.
