β β β β β This branch is stupid. Bad service. I went to several Gigi Coffee, but never waited this long. I waited for 30mins. Just fyi, I ordered ONE green tea latte and ONE dark chocolate mocha. At 2:09pm, till 2:30pm, still no show of my order. But 11 other people who arrived and ordered after me, some of them got their drinks already. Turns out they were piling up the order and make the same drinks at once. And also settled those who ordered only ONE drink. And because of NOBODY ELSE ordered dark chocolate mocha, my order were put behind. The green tea latte ice has melted a bit, since they already made this together with other order. This is very stupid. MAKE ORDERS ACCORDINGLY. DONT PILE UP THE ORDERS AND MAKE THOSE SIMILIAR ORDER AT ONCE. PLEASE IMPROVE. IT IS VERY UNFAIR TO OTHERS.

β β β β β Customers came to your place not for free. We buy your drinks, support your business and recommend your place to others. Very bad attitude from yourΒ female staff. You should greet the customer properly without talking so rudely when someone like me is waiting for an order to be collected. Very disappointed!

β β β β β Have tried a few Gigi outlets and this is by far the stingiest with the drink amount. Asked for less ice and they said the drink will be lesser, fine. Then my drink still came with the entire cupful of ice. The actual beverage amount is only a measly 30% of the cup size and it cost RM12. I donβt recommend this outlet at all.

But service wasn't friendly enough by the female staff. not wearing a mask while preparing drinks too. did not call the order number for customer to pick up drink. just leave it at the counter for customer to ask for it.

Gigi Coffee has good and strong coffee.
Lots of seating available.
Jaya One is like a maze...so it's a bit hard to locate the store.
What I don't like is the portion is very different than other branch. They only put latte half of the cup ?. This is not the first Gigi Branch I go...but this is the first time I found Gigi Branch that's stingy with the portion.
