★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to start my review by stating that this IS NOT a bicycle shop, it's a service and distribution center. They do have a small showroom, but it's mostly for industry clients or for internal demos, not for retail customers.
With that said, I had an excellent experience with them. I had an issue with a new bicycle that I had purchased which is part of the brands that Gin Huat distributes in Malaysia. I had bought a Pacific Cycles Birdy from Van's Urban Cycle and unfortunately the frame had a defect that I only found after a week of riding it.
I took it to Gin Huat because they would be best qualified to assess the state of the frame, since they're the distributors. The guys were super helpful and attentive. They were very accommodating with my situation and spoke to the factory quickly. They let me borrow a showroom unit for a few days to run some errands as well, which was above and beyond all expectations I had. After assessing the issue, the factory in Taiwan acknowledged the defect an sent out a new frame and within two weeks I had my frame replaced and ready for collection.
Wilson, Moss and Tan were all great to deal with and have excellent customer service. I received all the treatment I expected from a top end bicycle distributor and from a top end brand. I'm very happy and I feel very confident in buying bicycles from the brands they represent since I know that they provide support and back up the products they sell.
I'm very happy with the service and attention and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future if I needed help.
