★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whether you are on a business trip or a leisure trip, I would highly recommend to check this place out. Mind you it is not a hotel with facilities but, the units are well equipped for a pleasant stay. And, best choice if you are travelling as a family as the units are bigger than most hotel rooms.
Trust me, I have stayed in 5 of their units... Hahahaha... And all of them meets any one's expectations. If you are travelling as a family, would suggest that you check into their loft units.
Don't worry if you are unfamiliar with the area as the hosts will send you a complete guide in PDF format on how to get there and where to get your groceries from.
Opposite is the Asia Jaya LRT station, so if you don't feel like driving, just take the LRT. If you don't feel like going any where, grab a cup of coffee and just sit by the floor to ceiling windows and just while away your time looking at the magnificent view of PJ or KL.
Kudos to Eric and Chong for maintaining such a wonderful place and also for being such perfect host. Yup, they are reachable at almost anytime of the day if you have any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residence here is calm, quiet and peaceful. If you wanna stay away from the busyness and hectic of the city, but you wanna stay nearby, just come here.
Plus, you can see the view of PJ from up there. The parking rate is not that expensive if you gonna stay for like a few nights which is RM 12 max/day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hosts are friendly, detail instructions to get around and nearby facilities prior to arrival thru email. Check in , check out process was easy, read all the reviews, and was exactly what everyone was saying. The apartment was clean, quiet alike those boutique hotel where you don't enjoy the sound proofing. The place is clean, everything you need for a home is there, air dryer, iron, washing machine, mircowave, lots of hanger, the beds are comfortable, many sockets to charge our power bank , laptops , handphones which you is challenging for everyone nowadays if you check in hotels! We took the split level which has two toilets, a plus for family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4-star. Affordable, clean, with good amenities. You get what you pay for. Accommodating owners.
Pros:
1. Clean place (Cleaners did a good job)
2. Good ambiance and nice view on the 21st floor
3. Lift security card + Door combination lock
4. Clear explanation from owners on how to access everything (cards, lifts, check-in), all in very detailed PDF with pictures
5. Generally quiet (no disturbances from neighboring units), i.e. good noise insulation to prevent minor sound bleed.
6. Affordable for all the things provided in the room (smart tv with Netflix, microwave, kettle, fridge, sofa, spacious section, etc.
Cons:
1. Loud construction on the first day until 5pm on the 16th floor.
Owners didn’t notify us about this prior to checking in (the info is readily available on the lift). It forced us to get out of the condo when all we wanted to do was relax after checking in. If I knew about this, I would have checked in the next day when there was work being done.
2. Security guard not consistent with My Sejahtera app scanning
We were always stopped by the guard required to scan before entering the lift, but I saw some people just walk into the lift without doing so, and the guard did nothing about it.
3. No gym or pool
4. Shower hot water not hot enough
We cranked it up to max and still it was only lukewarm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall everything was perfect. We had tremendously good time staying there. The whole apartment was great as in a picture. Guard was very friendly. Parking spaces were very convenient. And the ambience surrounding was top notch. Both of the host guys were also very responsive and easy to deal. Better yet, they also provide a clear guidelines/ procedures. SOP also is taken care of.
All in all I wish the host the best and hope you’ll keep up the good work. Looking forward to staying in here again in near future. ??
