★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New machines need app to work. App does not go beyond OTP..why do they need OTP , as this is a prepaid service.
I saw noone using the service. Surely a big revenue loss.
- remove login requirement
- use reputed payment gateway for payment
- possibly introduced cash option back on ghe chairs.
And hey pay me a percentage .. if your dead chairs start giving revenue again.
