diberikan mmg menyedihkan. Teruk dan xde standard langsung. Call runner yg handle kereta sy tp dia xjawab telepon, menyorok la tu. Masa nk ambik kereta, runner janji seminggu je dh bole siap sbb rosak sikit je tp la ni, dh 2 minggu, claim pun blum submit. Alasan, byk kereta. Runner dh pee mampuih kot, xberani vjawab pon...ingat, klau ter"accident" dan ada runner recommended GISP, jgn la layan...anda akan menyesal....baik appoint bengkel yg kita kenai je.....NO to GISP....penipu kuat...
I betui agree with what Amirul wrote about. Mmg bad this workshop, GISP suck. Dh 2 weeks in workshop, still has not submitted claim. Speak in person in charge and answer
given the sad sad. Poor and standard xde direct. Call runner who carries the car to answer the phone, shouting it. When the car is running, the runner promises a day je dh bole is ready to be broken by this time, 2 weeks, claim is blum submit. Reason, carriage byk. Runner dh pee is able to get a coat, it's okay to answer ... remember, it's accidentally and there's a runner recommended GISP, do not work ... you'll regret .... well appoint a workshop that we call je ..... NO to GISP .... strong cheaters ...

โ โ โ โ โ Sangat2 tidak disyorkan, malah bengkel ini patut ditutup. Ini kerana servis yg sgt lembab dgn alasan 1. Kereta byk 2. Call dan wasap dgn person in charge xberjawab dan tiada reply 3. Call office janji nak call blk tapi tiada call diterima 4. Interior kereta rosak kerana tikus masuk cakar, gigit, kecing dan berak dlm kereta 5. Brg yg elok dan xperlu baiki pun dibaiki/cat dan caj pada customer.
Kereta saya kemalangan dan hanya rosak di bumper dpn dan radiator, saya ambil keputusan utk byr sendiri dan cari parts sendiri kerena sebahagian parts saya adalah custom made. Malang, nk dpt quotation saja sebulan dan total masa kereta dlm bengkel 4bln!!! Saya di kl dan kereta di utara, sgt tertekan bila susah nk contact person in charge sehingga terpaksa tengking2 dlm phone dan wasap. Dihari nak ambil kereta, getah saliran hujan dicermin depan hilang, dlm kereta berbau busuk yg tajam serta bonet belakang. Balik rumah check dibawah lampu terang terdapat tahi tikus/cencorot. Panel plastik di bonet calar balar, span lapik bonet di carik2. Saya lipat seat belakang, rupanya seluruh bonet, tpt simpan tayar dan bawah seat belakang menjadi sarang tikus/cencorot ini sebab terdapat byk kesan carik dan span yg tggal akibat gigitan. Bila ditanya pada boss gisp katanya kereta memang sudah itu mcm. Logik kah sebagai seorg yg sanggup beli custom parts dan penting kan kecantikan kereta sanggup biar kereta dgn tahi tikus dan kesan cakar? Fikirlah, jgn jadi mangsa bengkel ini. Saya order bumper custom yg telah di cat, tapi bengkel ni kata dia caj upah cat bumper. Logik kah nak cat bumper yg telah di cat? Selepas keluar dr bengkel, saya ke kedai berhampiran utk tukar bateri, owner kedai itu pn pesan jgn hantar ke gisp kerana lambat dan kualiti kerja yg teruk sebab dia pernah hantar kereta nya disitu. Kereta byk disana kerana mereka upah byk tow truck utk recommend customer hantar ke gisp, sbb saya pernah terkena ayat mereka "encik jgn risau, ini 3mggu blh siap bikin, saya kasi towing free" Bagi yg dah hantar kereta ke gisp, saya sarankan sgt2 ambil blk kereta anda dan hantar ke bengkel lain sebelum rosak lbh teruk, byr towing pn xpe lah asalkan kereta selamat.

Highly not recommended, in fact this workshop should be closed. This is because the service is very slow with the reason 1. Big car 2. Call and fumes with the person in charge x answered and no reply 3. Call office promised to call back but no call was received 4. The interior of the car is damaged because rats enter the claws, bite, pee and feces in the car 5. Brg that is good and needs to be repaired/painted and charged to the customer.
My car had an accident and only damaged the bumper dpn and radiator, I decided to byr myself and find my own parts because some of my parts are custom made. Unfortunately, I can only get a quotation for a month and the total time of the car in the workshop is 4 months !!! I was in KL and the car was in the north, I was very depressed when it was difficult to contact the person in charge, so I had to shout on the phone and smoke. On the day I wanted to take the car, the rain drain rubber in the front mirror was missing, in the car there was a sharp bad smell and the rear bonnet. Back home check under bright lights there is rat droppings/sputum. Plastic panel on the bonnet scratched balar, bonnet lining sponge in carik2. I folded the back seat, apparently the whole bonnet, where the tires were stored and the bottom of the back seat became a rat's nest because there were a lot of scratches and sponges left due to the bite. When asked about the gisp boss, he said the car is already that mcm. Is it logical as a person who is willing to buy custom parts and it is important that the beauty of the car is willing to let the car with rat droppings and claw marks? Think, don't be a victim of this workshop. I ordered a custom bumper that has been painted, but this workshop says it charges for bumper paint. Is it logical to paint a bumper that has been painted? After leaving the workshop, I went to a nearby shop to change the battery, the shop owner told me not to send it to gisp because it was slow and the quality of the work was bad because he had sent his car there. Big cars are there because they hire big tow trucks to recommend customers to send to gisp, so I was hit by their sentence "sir, don't worry, this is 3 weeks ready to make, I'm towing free" For those who have sent cars to gisp, I recommend taking sgt2 Blk your car and send it to another workshop before it gets worse, byr towing pn xpe as long as the car is safe.

Taken very very long time to finish repair.
Ask the status of the car, they give many reasons for delaying such as last checking, paper work not done (cannot do it in same day?) sometimes say need ask foreman and call back, no call back pun!!
Not skillful at all, replace new bumper but still can find scratches behind the bumper. Faint
