β β β β β Terrible experience here multiple times.
My own mum didnβt not receive any help because they claim nothing will fit her.
Mother in law bought a dress after being told they can alter and make it bigger. They altered it to be smaller and then showed bad attitude towards her.
Never going back here again.
Edit: owner reached out personally to rectify the situation, which is much appreciated.

β β β β β I was made an appointment for gown fitting at 130pm and I choose two dresses to try on. After that I was leave unattended by the staff without informing when I in the fitting room. Even I tried to come out from fitting room to ask for help due to I need someone to help to tie the dress at the back which I unable to do it myself but no one is free and the staff served me was MIA?? Understood that there are many other guests in the shop, but please if you unable to serve so many customers, then don't open the appointment slot. I don't mind waiting but not leave unattended and no one reach out to help when I need it.

β β β β β I went to their shop on the weekend. When I first reach the shop, the staffs were ok but when I ask about the price of the dresses, they were very secretive about it.
Upon leaving, I was forced to pay RM10 for βbooking feesβ, which I was not informed upon entering the shop initially. I feel that it is NOT fair to charge your customers RM10, when it was not informed beforehand.

β β β β β Rented bride wedding dinner reception gown here (AL Melanie Frozen Silver), many complimented on how beautiful the gown was! The service was great and rental process was hassle-free. Great variety of quality dresses at affordable prices, love how all (or most) of the dresses are at their website so can slowly browse through the website and on the appointment day just try on the ones we have our eyes on, this really saves a lot of time. Fees: RM 10 fitting fee will be charged if do not choose to rent on the same day. RM300 deposit is required before collection of gown, however rest assured the deposit was returned promptly a few days after the event (if there are no damages to the gown). Minor alteration is included in the rental fee. Great experience overall, will definitely come and rent for future events!

β β β β β Amazing service at Glamedge! β€οΈ Was feeling overwhelmed with the choices they had but the sweetest sales assistant (with glasses!) helped me out and was very patient with me.
Fitting price is RM10 - you can try out all the dresses if you want to ? Alterations can be done but only minor ones and you cannot alter the length of the dress. Rental price is RM300-400 but this also depends on the style and material of the dress. A deposit of RM300 is required which is banked in back to you in 3-7days βΊοΈ

β β β β β Highly recommend! You will be spoiled by gown choices! Iβve been searching and comparing gown rental for a few months when Iβm back in Malaysia. Finally found a gown for my sisters, my rom white gown and dinner reception gown here. Appreciate the staffs who are extremely patient with us.
Very reasonable fitting fee. Only rm 10 for unlimited fitting and we got waived by making booking on the same session. If you wonder the rental price, their average gowns rental range are between 300 to 400+ in Ringgit Malaysia which is also very affordable, up 6/800 for big ballgowns. Of course, different design of gowns comes with different rental price tag. Make sure you browse through their web before paying visit. :) Good luck in looking for your dream wedding gowns ladies.
