β β β β β Worst service i have ever experienced. First time visit was all good. But during the second appointment, the admin seems have lost all my information and kept asking whether im new customer or not. I have signed package arnd rm900+ and got treated super awful in their salon. They missed my appointment, and when i got there they said didnt make any appointment while i have whatsapped their phone and they dont trust me, keep asking me if im a new customer so i have to show my whatsapp convo to them so only they arrange for me. Not only that, when i was waiting at their waiting area, every staff passed by and asked me to do information registration as a new customer. SERIOUSLY??? Even they saw me at the counter pointing my phone convo to her colleague, and still ask me this? Not stop here yetβ¦ Lately after mco, i wanted to book an appointment, i gave the admin a weekday date, the admin told me that date was a weekend, i have to ask the admin to LOOK AT THE CALENDAR. Funny how this comedy or tragedy have end yet, i booked at5pm ane the admin remind me to go appointment by 3.30pm :D hope u guys enjoy my self-control and emotional training journeyβ¦ nothing can make me angry anymore, love and peace

The manager is rude and unprofessional. I did not like the way she talked to me.
