H	Hamidah Hamid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy and so pleased with the service. Especially when a staff greeted you with warm welcome at the door in the morning. I feel like entering a 5 ? hotel. Wowww!! The 2 Doctors ( Dr Norleza & Dr Loh) that I have met are very pleasant so as Dr Rohaida.
C	CZ Sim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their visitors carpark is quite inconvenient when it's raining, no shelter all the way from main building and water patches everywhere. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a Chinese girl name Michelle Chen who used to assist me at the lobby, excellent service!

They provide professional services and never fail to smile. Dr Goh also explained with patient and thoroughly. Hope Gleneagles carry on hiring and keep professional who really love their job and go extra mile. The hospital is very clean and tidy. The food menu provided to the patients are excellent. The food itself are very tasteful. Even the security personal are well presented. Ample of parking space. Even provide buggy service to and fro from parking to lobby. Once again i would like to wish Thank You to everyone involved for making my son stay enjoyable.
S	Seth Rajesh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff at registration counter at room 508. Extremely negative attitude. I had sent a feedback to GMH through their official portal as well as by email. There is absolutely no response. Please avoid this hospital. There are better hospitals available. Just to reiterate, I had approached the counter during off peak hrs. There were no patient waiting in the room. All the counters were free. My number was displayed on the screen. Still the staff snapped back at me rudely, as If the patients owe them a living.

The doctor did not examine my father and the clinic did not provide clear instruction on what to do prior to the procedure. When I tried to call back to the clinic to clarify my doubts, it was an unpleasant conversation as the clinic assistant's attitude was bad and sounded very impatient. Furthermore, she told me that accompanying person do not need any COVID-19 swab test on the day of admission for scopes, which is not true. It had caused my mother to wait alone in the lobby for hours as she was not allowed to accompany my father into the day surgery ward. Overall, this is a disappointing visit and I would not bring my family members to seek medical attention in this hospital again.

She did a great effort to ensure the service standard just like 5 to 6 star hotel even it's in the hospital. 3. Friendly service by Dr. Belinda, Dr. Siti Kamariah, Dr. Devaraj, Dr. GK Ananda, Dr. Ang, Sister Hamidah and the rest of ward 4A nurses, ED, Ms. Eleanor, Dr. Masjudin, and the rest of the consultants that treated my mom Hjh Fatimah Sham.
M	Mark Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So beautiful looking hospital. Decent, calm. There is a park at the back of the hospital, nice! Lifts are presentable. Parking is free. Waiting area is like hotel hospitality. #snoringpenguin
